Once a year , in my county they have a fair, its kindof like a carnival but 3x bigger and theirs livestock. They only come during spring break, its called The Rio Grande Valley Livestock Show. Ive been going since I was a kid. I love the smell of bbq and the ferris wheel lights, and especially the funnel cakes <3 they're my favorite part of it all.
Today I went with the marching band , since we're allowed free admission for participating in the livestock show parade, the first thing I wanted to do was buy a funnel cake cause hey, I only eat them once a year. And they are delish :) oh and the second photo is the plate it came on, I just loved the design I had to share it with you all, the third photo is a little "Lucky bug" that I bought off from one of the side vendors. I thought it was the cutest thing I had to have it!
All in all, it was a good day and hopefully next time I wont forget to have me a turkey leg! Yum!
